All our employees have access to training programs according to the needs of their roles to ensure both their safety and that of their colleagues, as well as updates and implementation of new work tools.

Each new employee is trained through an induction process, where they learn about their work, the associated risks and preventive measures. They also receive initial training on the regulations governing the quality of our operations.
